Scout gives you a private recruiting vault, a directory of college programs and verified coach contacts, and tools to reach out — directly, 1-to-1. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you're under 18, make sure a parent or guardian knows you're using Scout; under 13, a parent must create and manage the account.
Scout's free Locker includes your vault, the NCAA calendar, and up to 5 unlocked schools. Paid plans aren't on sale yet; if that changes, pricing will be clearly posted before you're ever asked to pay, and nothing converts to paid automatically.
You own what you put in your vault. You give us permission to store and display it as the product requires (for example, showing your shared profile to a coach you contact). Delete your account and that permission ends; see the Privacy Policy for how.
Program, staff, and roster information is assembled from public sources and provided as-is for your own recruiting research — see where it comes from. Don't resell it, repackage it, or bulk-export it.
Scout is a tool, not a promise. We don't guarantee scholarships, roster spots, replies from coaches, or the accuracy of third-party information (rosters change weekly in-season). NCAA rules and eligibility are yours to own — when in doubt, ask your compliance office.
You can leave any time (delete via privacy@gentoologic.com). We can suspend accounts that break these terms — fabrication, spam, or abuse of coaches or the community pipeline.
To the maximum extent the law allows, Rockhopper Sports isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using Scout; our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the past 12 months (today: zero). These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Rookery Ventures LLC is organized.
If these terms change materially, we'll post it here with a new date and flag it in the app.
